The Time Warp Style

As I was seeking out inspiration and styles I liked I happened upon a plethora of collections that I just wanted to stare at for hours. I already skimmed over one very briefly in my Swinging Sixties Style, but now I wanted to touch more on one of my favorites – We are going towards the 30’s {ish} Flapper Style. Hence: Time Warp Style. A fun little fact about this look is you can pull it off with the whole Flapper thing if that is what you are wanting for Halloween {Read: Halloween Costume Ideas}.

To get this makeup look:

I advise going with matte makeup for your foundation and/or powder. Then apply Fit Me Blush in Medium Coral to your cheek bones. Remember to sweep outwards with the blush and do not go above the cheek bone. Move to the eyes and use a black eyeliner pencil to fill in the lower eyelid. Then use Color Truth Cream Eyeliner in black with the brush and smudge above the penciled area, going only slightly above the crease. This is going to create that smokey eye look. Use that same eyeliner to fill in the lash lines {upper and lower}. Then apply mascara to just the upper lashes and use Skin Brightening Eye Perfector just along the bottom of your eyebrows.  For the lips I advise using,  Soft Matte Lip Cream in Monte Carlo and add a touch of gloss to the center of the upper and lower lips.

Now for the hair, this can easily be done with finger waves and here is a perfect tutorial for that:
