For a little bit there straight hair was really in. Every celebrity was showing off their sleek locks and the rest of us were itching for them too. Flat irons were shooting up in sales and we just couldn’t resist having that perfectly pin straight look. Unfortunately, I have to break the news to all — it’s out. And not completely out, just out the door enough that you need to learn to glam up the style, get it stylish. The pin straight look is dull, simple, boring, lifeless (must I keep going on)? You will still see the straight hair styles, but the difference is two things: texture and body. Add both or one of those things and your straight hair is easily stylish!
So what do you need to get stylish straight hair?
Add Volume:
After straightening your hair as usual flip your head over, spritz on some Biolage Full-Lift Spray-in Volumizer at the roots and then give it a blast of low heat. Flip back over and use it again around your face and crown of your head. Another slight blast of low heat. Insta volume and super sassy straight hair!
Add Texture:
After straightening your hair like usual, grab some Samy Under Control {Molding Wax} and apply to your ends. Then to get even sassier, add it to the roots on the top of your head, scrunching a bit.
So ditch the dull dreads and add some style!!!
