Spicy Spring Salsa

This particular recipes was super spicy but you can take this spicy spring salsa and not use as much spice and cool the flavor down a bit.
  • 1 Poblano Pepper
  • 2 Jalapeno Peppers
  • 3 Habanero Peppers
  • 1 Small Red Onion
  • 8 Roma Tomatoes
  • 1 Cup Shredded Cilantro
  • 1 Lime
  1. Cube the Roma Tomatoes. I don’t keep the “guts” (seeds etc on the inside) just the rest. Dice up the onion, dice up the peppers (DO NOT TOUCH YOUR FACE AFTER CUTTING PEPPERS. Make sure to wash your hands). Shred the cilantro the best you can to find pieces. I had the kids tear off the leaves from the stems of the cilantro and then I just cut, cut and cut. Mix all together in a bowl. Cut the lime in half and squeeze the juice from the lime into the salsa.
