Easy Stuffed Peppers

To not bore you with trivial and explicit information any longer about my body, I thought I would bring you a foodie post. Not that I am a chef by any means. Nope. Really, I just throw stuff together in a pot or into the oven and then force feed my children. Not really, but I have nice dreams don’t I?

So yesterday I was going to make a decent meal, but come to find out my kids go back to school in T-Minus oh 12 days. Yes, 12. I was not paying attention. So it was rush to get Dayton’s shots caught up and get him registered. That’s 2 kids down and in school, 1 more to go until FREEDOM! Instead of celebrating Independence Day for our country, I will be having my own fireworks, alcohol and food day for my own FREEDOM!!!!!

With this coming up, I have to unfortunately miss out on my husbands side of the family, family reunion. And I also put off making a decent meal.

But tonight I will be making that decent meal. And this is how it goes….enjoy!
