Easy Crock Pot Roast Recipe

By now you should know I like to make anything quick and anything easy. Well this Easy Crock Pot Roast recipe is actually a big hit around here. It’s quick, easy and very delicious.

Easy Crock Pot Roast Recipe
  • 1 large can of vegetable soup
  • About 3-4 lb (estimation) of Bottom Round Roast
  • 1 package of lipton onion soup mix
  • 1 crock pot (obviously)
  1. Add can of soup into crock Pot, fill the can with water and pour into the crockpot with it. Add the package of lipton onion soup mix. Stir it all together, it won’t mix well but do it anyhow. Then add the roast. I usually put it in either the night before so it will be done about 3pm – 4pm the next day or if you eat later in the evening, throw it in that morning about 7pm. By the time you eat the meat will just fall apart and often if you scoop out the fat that has fallen off, you can eat the soup for leftovers!
  2. Serve with warm rolls and butter!

  1. OHHHHHHHHHH That sounds YUMTASTIC! I think that might even be something I can eat (minus the butter, on the rolls maybe!! hahaha) Thanks for sharing babe!! 🙂
