Easy Chicken Shish Kabobs
Recipe type: Dinner
Easy and delicious shish kabob recipe for grilling.
  • 1-2 lbs of Chicken Breast (You can use any meat you like and however much you like. I got 1 pkg from the grocery store since it is just us.)
  • 1 Lemon
  • 1 White Onion
  • 1 Red Bell Pepper
  • 1 Green Bell Pepper
  • (Also Can Add)
  • Small Red Potatoes
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Lemon Pepper Seasoning
  • All Seasoning Salt
  • Grilling Skewers
  1. In a small bowl mix all the seasonings together.
  2. Then cube the chicken into about 1 to 1½ inch cubes.
  3. Place chicken into bowl with seasoning.
  4. Slice bell peppers and onions into about ½ inch slices. Don’t make them to thick or too thin that they are flimsy.
  5. Place them into a the bowl also. I
  6. f you would like to add red potatoes slice them to the same size as the chicken. Mix the seasonings, chicken and veggies well.
  7. Now grab your skewers and start the layering. Chicken, Veggie’s etc. Make sure to fire up and warm the grill up right about now.
  8. Spray down with any kind of oil you like.
  9. After everything is placed on the skewer squeeze lemon juice onto it. Then throw on the grill.
Here is the thing, you have to kind of play around with time on these. I cooked them a bit long so they were slightly dry. The best thing to do is throw them on the hottest part first to get the blackened look THEN move off so they just cook!
